Sold a car to day to Bespoke. I live in Hertfordshire, so was surprised they would travel so far to buy a car. Having spoken to them, set the price I wanted, all was agreed. A lovely lad call Terry, arranged to travel down to inspect the car, and then buy it to travel home. True I was prepared for the haggling and price knock down, that some who advertise on TV with a morning time celebrity are well known for. But no, Terry was smart, punctual, and courteous. He represented his company in a very friendly but professional manner. Having seen the car, fully agreed my asking price. I was then paid within minutes directly into my bank account. The whole experience could not have been simpler. Great dealing with such a professional, and straight company. Fully recommend them.

Having tried the usually main car dealerships and received nothing short of appalling service (including being left sat at a desk for 25 mins with no explanation as to why) we were recommended Bespoke. I telephoned to arrange a test drive and was spoken to like a valued customer despite not knowing the company. Upon arrival I was met by Russell who was really pleasant and welcoming. The car was better than described in the advert and I knew it was the one for me. I was taken into his office and completed the paperwork. With our growing family in mind my husband and I decided it was time to upgrade my car. Initially I found the new vehicle I liked on Auto Trader, I emailed the garage and they got back to me very promptly, in a friendly manner. Booked in an app and went to test drive. Matthew met us at the car, which was all ready to go. With our little 21 month year old boy in tow, Matthew was very accommodating and made us feel very relaxed. Test drive was great and Matthew explained all that I needed to know. Loved the car! From then the process was very swift and I absolutely felt Matthew had our own interests at heart!
I would absolutely recommend this garage and dealing with Matthew as it made the whole process very quick, easy and enjoyable!! Plus the Prosecco went down a treat! Haha

Upon collection the car was immaculately prepared and they had even gone that extra mile to add the matching car mats! Jake went above and beyond to ensure that I was getting the best car for me. I really appreciated the extra time taken to go through the car and all its functions, this meant that from driving away I knew exactly how to use each function and I felt comfortable in doing so, such as using cruise control for the first time. I would highly recommend Bespoke Motor Works. My initial contact was via phone and email enquiring about a Renault convertible I'd seen on autotrader and all responses were extremely quick. Right from the start there was no pressure to buy the car even though I had put a deposit down without seeing the car and it was clear that they knew the history of the car when questioned. Both Russ and Matthew made the whole process so easy, including completing all paperwork before I got there so all I had to do was sign where necessary. Despite living almost 300 miles away we will definitely be back in the future.
